Blue PVC Water Storage Tank

Our flexible water tank system is manufactured with core technologies combining an advanced heat sealing and welding process and high-strength PVC coated tarpaulin. Using a dedicated heat sealing and welding machine, the surface layers of two PVC coated tarpaulin sheets are rapidly softened and melted (while the internal mesh base fabric remains unmelted) under high temperature. Following rapid cooling, the PVC molecular chains interweave and entangle with each other, forming welds of high strength, superior water tightness and air tightness. This constitutes the key core process ensuring leak‑proof performance of flexible water bladders.

Hot air welding requires workers to accurately feed PVC coated tarpaulin into the welding machine manually. Therefore, workers' familiarity with materials and precise control over welding temperature and speed are critically important. Excessively fast welding leads to insufficient PVC fusion; excessively slow welding results in over‑melting of the surface layer due to prolonged high temperature, damaging the internal base fabric and causing material rupture. Both scenarios can lead to quality defects such as water, air or oil leakage in water bladders.
