How to maintain PE COVERING？

 

Cleaning

For stubborn stains or grease, a gentle solvent like isopropyl alcohol can be used, but test a small area first to ensure compatibility.
After cleaning, rinse the area with clean water and allow it to dry completely.

Inspection

Regularly inspect the PE covering for any signs of wear, tear, or damage. Check for holes, tears, or weakened areas that may need repair.

Look for any signs of degradation, such as fading, discoloration, or brittleness, which may indicate the need for replacement.

Repairs

The coloring of polyolefins is relatively easy, the commonly used pigments are titanium white, cadmium series pigments, iron red, ultramarine, cobalt blue and other inorganic pigments and organic pigments such as carbon black, bisazo, condensation azo, phthalocyanine, quinacridone, etc. , they don’t usually use dye. The influence of pigments on the heat resistance, light resistance and shrinkage of polyolefin resin should be considered when they are applied in polyolefin. In color matching, containing copper, tin, zinc pigments will affect the PP light resistance, antioxidant performance.
