Preheating the parts to be coated Dipping or submerging the parts in the plastisol one or more times to achieve the desired thickness

PVC thermoforming：A process that involves heating PVC until it's soft and flexible, then fitting it around a custom tool to create a desired shape. There are several different methods for PVC thermoforming,

including:Vacuum forming: Uses a powerful vacuum to remove air from between the tool and the plastic, which is best for larger products

Pressure forming: Uses pressurized air to blast the plastic, which is a less expensive alternative to injection molding
