How many fish can be grown in a concrete tank of 10X10X6 size . What is the quantity of feed to be given per fish at different stages of fish growth . Also help me selecting the right aireation equipments for concrete tanks of this size.
You can grow 150 to 200 katla or silver carp fish in your concrete tank. You have to feed 5% feed daily according to the current body weight of your fish. For example, if the average current body weight of a fish is 100 grams then you have to feed the fish 5 grams of feed daily (multiply this amount with the total number of live fish). You can purchase any aeration equipment which are available in the market. If you don’t use aeration system, then upside-down/inverse water occasionally (thrice or frice a week). Thank you!
