Fire Retardant PVC Tarpaulin Sheets

Reevoo manufactures fire retardant PVC tarpaulin sheets using our own coated and laminated polyester fabrics. Coated options include knife-coated constructions.

We supply custom-sized finished sheets and rolls for further fabrication. Choose the material, dimensions, colour and finishing details to suit your application.

Coated tarpaulin is made by applying PVC compound to the polyester base fabric.

Laminated tarpaulin is made by bonding PVC film to the base fabric.

Sheets wider than the selected material are made by joining panels.

Before ordering, confirm whether your dimensions refer to the cut size before hemming or the finished size after hemming. To achieve a specified finished size, the cut material must include an allowance for the hems.

For custom fabrication, provide a drawing showing the dimensions, eyelet spacing, corner reinforcement and any required seam positions.

For laminated tarpaulin, we can formulate the material to meet NFPA 701 requirements and arrange testing of the specified construction before bulk production where required.

We can also produce constructions to meet EN 13501-1 Class B-s1,d0 and GB 8624 B1 requirements.

What is the MOQ for finished tarpaulin sheets?

There is no minimum order quantity when the required material is available in stock.

If new roll material needs to be produced, a minimum order of 2,000–3,000 m² applies, depending on the material specification.

How soon can I receive a quotation?

We usually provide a quotation within 24 hours of receiving your enquiry. If any specifications need clarification, we will contact you to confirm them.
