Product Introduction

PVC, also known as polyvinyl chloride, is an initiator of vinyl chloride monomer (VCM) in peroxides, azo compounds, etc, or polymers polymerized under the action of light and heat according to the mechanism of free radical polymerization. Vinyl chloride homopolymer and vinyl chloride copolymer are collectively referred to as vinyl chloride resin. Its material is amorphous.

PVC materials often incorporate stabilizers, lubricants, auxiliary processing agents, pigments, impact agents, and other additives in practical use. According to the different application ranges, PVC can be divided into: universal PVC resin, high degree of polymerization PVC resin, and cross-linked PVC resin. PVC has strong resistance to oxidants, reducing agents, and strong acids.

PVC mesh is a composite of two layers of PVC calendered film with a layer of high-strength polyester or nylon added between them, which is heated and pressurized. Double sturdy, with non-flammability, high strength, cold and high temperature resistance, and excellent geometric Stability. The thickness varies from 0.45 to 1.8cm and can be used according to actual needs.

There is also an important standard, EN71-3, for testing whether PVC and PVC mesh clamps are qualified.

PVC that meets the EU EN71-3 standard must be used to produce various inflatable products, especially amusement equipment products. The testing standards for products that come into direct contact with the skin are stricter.

EN71-1, EN71-2, and EN71-3 are all testing standards for toys. The specific meaning is as follows:
1. EN 71-1:2005+A4 physical&mechanical test;
2. EN 71-2: 2006+A1 flammability test;
3. EN 71-3:1994+A1:2002 Toxic Elements Test (8 Toxic Elements Results) for the content of 8 toxic metals: (Lead, Cadmium, Chromium, Arsenic, Barium, Argon, Selenium, Antimony).
