Product Introduction
There are two production processes for waterproof tarpaulin.
One is horizontal machine mechanical production, which is the type of heavy large cylinder. After placing the tarpaulin into the material, it is taken out and placed on a leather belt. The bottom of the heavy large cylinder is pressed and flattened, and then pulled onto a dryer for drying. Then, it is cut, divided into circles, and packaged. One type is vertical machine mechanical production, which straightens the cloth and puts it into the raw material box to pull out. The adhesive material on the tarpaulin is high-purity PVC material, and then both sides are straightened and scraped by the machine with a knife. After scraping with a knife, it is dried by a dryer, cut edges, divide circles, and packaged.
There are two types of dryers, one is using electric heating and the other is using a boiler. The PVC coated tarpaulin produced by a horizontal machine is cheaper than that produced by a vertical machine. The reason is that the horizontal machine requires lower production materials than the vertical machine. The horizontal machine can press any type of adhesive, but the vertical machine cannot. The requirements for raw materials are high, and the raw materials must have a certain purity. The PVC tarpaulin produced by vertical machines is often slightly more expensive, and the purity of the tarpaulin product is also high.
