When the clients place the PE tarpaulin orders to the factory, here we can find some big sizes such as 50x60 feet, or 60x60 Feet. Or some ask 20M x 20M or 20x30M even big.
Due to the current welding machines length mostly are 17M width, so it need at least 9 or 10 fabrics for the welding machines to weld the sizes to the required length such as 60x60feet/ 20x20M, However, due to each fabrics former parts of joint, so 10 fabrics can be used so many. So the loss could be around 4% length, If there is any mistakes by the operator. The loss will be added so many which could make the cost of the size rise.
That is why big sizes ask a more loss and big process charges. And also the reason you need to use more labor works to make 10 fabrics to weld together. So it is hard for you to do this.
