After slightly reducing the temperature, we tear off the PVC film on the surface and spray adhesive on the other side of the door, Then, it is necessary to apply plastic evenly around the door, especially to ensure that the lines around the back door overlap, that is, to apply plastic twice around the door.

After the vacuum molding is completed, if there are some areas on the four sides of the door where the vacuum molding is not in place, or if the transfer of ink is separated due to improper tearing of the film, a small piece of film can be sprayed with glue at that area, followed by PU paint. After drying, the primer should be lightly polished, and then the color should be repaired or polyurethane topcoat should be sprayed.
