The front side of the knife scraping cloth is flexible and smooth, while the back side is rough, with a thick and uneven particle texture. The knife scraping cloth is divided into a high gloss surface and a matte surface, mainly for different application ranges. High gloss is mainly used indoors, while the matte surface can be used indoors or outdoors.

In fact, from the name, it can be seen that the blade scraping cloth has exceptional wear resistance, high strength, good ductility, strong flexibility, and is not easily affected by corrosion, and has a certain degree of waterproof ability.

PVC (polyvinyl chloride) tarpaulin:

At present, the mainstream PVC tarpaulin is mainly made of oilcloth. The common PVC oilcloth fabric is made of high-strength polyester yarn, which has excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and high strength, and is known for its good high durability. PVC oilcloth is sprayed with polyvinyl chloride outside to form a waterproof layer, which can effectively prevent rainwater infiltration and almost achieve a water tight effect. Due to the fact that the surface of this type of tarpaulin looks very smooth and transparent, it seems like there is a layer of grease covering it. This type of PVC tarpaulin has excellent wear resistance and waterproof performance, making it one of the most common tarpaulins at present. However, it is heavy in weight and difficult to operate during use, making it difficult to independently complete large areas of PVC.

In daily life, we usually observe the quality of the tarpaulin with the naked eye and use hand strength to test its tear resistance. To verify product quality, we can also use a weight scale to check whether the density of the tarpaulin meets the standard.
