Raw material: We control the quality from the very origin of each roll. PET films is a kind of widely applied component. PET films are long-lasting, flexible, low-hygroscopic, high and low tempetature resistant.

Weather durability: The colored PET film is added with UV absorber, which helps reinforce the ability of UV resistance.

Coloring: PET could be dyed in different colors, and the colored PET doesn't contain metal, which could weaken the strong light while avoid color fading. It could reduce heat absorption too.

Process technology of Optics PET window glass film

Coating and terlinling: The metal coating, magnetron sputtering and chip dye films or super clear films could consitutute a series of optics used for automobile, construction, decoration and anti-explosion fields. Thanks to different film patterns, or different interlinling technique, the ability of shock resistance, penetration resistance and tear resistance may vary. What's more, we also apply the patented scratch resistance coating and protective film coating into our optics.

Magnetron sputtering: This technique is usually operated by electric energy with low-pressure inactive gas in a big vacuum room. Various metal or metal composed material is collide by charged particle, depositing on the surface of PET, and then forms various stable colors of the film, a wide options of light transmission, and the best control ability of sun light.

Nano-Ceramic ( TC series)

Unparalleled technology: Different to the traditional nano-ceramic coating, we mix the nano ceramic into PET chip, which allows the products the best stability. Reevoo Optics adopts the mix technology of nano-ceramic and magnetron sputtering, so it allows the film to intelligently choose the lights, and maximize the stop of heat.

High heat insulation & low reflection: To effectively stop the heat of sunlight, and reduce the reflectivity of the glass to avoid light pollution.

Magnetron ( CK series)

The color adopts metal spraying technology, and also use dyeing, galvanizing color technologies. This series has excellent heat insulation performance and good color brilliancy. The optical-grade PET guarantees a super clear view. The anti-UV PET provides good UV resistance. The glue is easier to ahhere on the glass after special curing process, and not easy to have bubbles or deformed when installation. The acrylic coating on the film surface helps it more durable, anti-scratch during installation or cleaning.

Optical grade PET allows a clear view.PU coating protects the metal coating to be oxidized or corroded.
