As an integral processing unit of the entire system, the solid-liquid separator can not only facilitate the removal of particulate matter such as residual bait and feces during manual and heavy operations, but also prevent pipeline blockage and equipment corrosion in subsequent processing units. It can also reduce local head loss in the pipeline and save system energy consumption.
The technology of diverting sewage from fish ponds: The density of organic fish farming is high, and the amount of solid waste produced is high. It is the main source of pollution in the aquaculture industry. The removal of organic matter and ammonia nitrogen in the fish first relies on timely cleaning of a large amount of feces and residual bait (removed from the source), followed by purification of the fish.
Fish excrement and feed residues can increase the organic matter content of aquaculture organisms. Excessive organic matter can trigger the proliferation of organic matter digesting bacteria and compete with ammonia nitrogen converting bacteria in the biofilm for long space, dissolved oxygen, and nutrients. The reproduction rate of organic matter digesting bacteria and ammonia nitrogen transforming bacteria is much faster, and Nitrifying bacteria (Nitrifying bacteria) are difficult to compete with heterotrophic bacteria, resulting in the slow growth of nitrifying bacteria and the low ammonia nitrogen removal rate of the filter in the aquaculture system. When the ratio of COD to ammonia nitrogen is greater than 2.7, the ammonia nitrogen removal rate will decrease by about 70%. If a particulate filter has an organic carrying capacity of 2.5gBOD/m/day, its nitrification rate is only 30%. The efficiency of 5gBOD/m/day is theoretically zero.
In the traditional single channel bottom discharge mode, the discharge of aquaculture wastewater is at a fixed distance from the microfilter. When the aquaculture wastewater reaches the microfilter, many residual bait and fish excrement are easily decomposed into larger particles or ammonia nitrogen during the movement of the pipeline and the impact of the microfilter's rotating filtration; If these particulate organic matter passes through the microfiltration machine, it will inevitably increase the processing burden of subsequent processes.
Therefore, the shunt discharge technology of fish ponds is crucial as the second process of sewage treatment system in the entire aquaculture system, and is a prerequisite for achieving system purification. Reducing the organic load as much as possible in the organic filter will facilitate the nitrification of ammonia. Reducing the carrying capacity of organic filters and removing some solid substances (the main source of organic matter) is a basic method. The timely discharge of solid particles by the shunt sewage system of the fish pond is more effective and saves investment by increasing the capacity of the filter. Otherwise, the capacity of the particulate filter will be improperly increased due to achieving the same nitrification process.
