 PP corrugated sheet (also call pp hollow sheet ,pp twin-wall sheet ) is made from Polypropylene (PP) block copolymer, it is an extruded hollow profile sheet consisting of two flat walls connected by vertical ribs. PP Corrugated Sheet is absolutely harmless and smelless, and moisture resistance & anticorrosion. Its special and great properties such as strong, lightweight, various colors, etc. Could prove that it is suitable in the uses of packaging, printing ,advertising, construction and agriculture. Plus, it's price is charmer, and that will save a lot of cost for you.
PP looks like PE, but PP is more transparent, lighter. PP own low water absorption, low gas permeability. PP has good mechanical properties, the tensile strength and yielding strength are better than PE, PS and ABS. PP resists stress cracking and easy to weld, but low notched impact strength, the finished parts shall avoid sharp corners and notches. The temperature ranges between +5°C and 100°C.  
pp corrugated sheet also can made antistatic and conductive ,PP corflute antistatic board was widely used for electrionic products packing and the surface resistance is between 106 to 109 , we can also made the  conductive plastic board ,the conductive board surface resistance is between   103 to 105.  We can made the board according to custom requirements .

 1. Sample: How could I get a sample?      
Normal sample is free of charge but the air express fee is usually borne by customer;New sample fee is USD150.
Note: we will return back sample fee since you place the order in the future.
2. Price: Could I get your company product price list?          
Sure, please kindly tell us your requested details, such as thickness, color,weight/m2, raw materials request(100% pp or recycle pp material ), end application etc. Later we will offer you quotation at the first time.
 
3. OEM or Custom Order: Could we place order by OEM style to produce our own brand products in your factory?        
Of course you can. Welcome OEM or Custom Order. What you need to do is to send us drawing of your requested style with requirements; We will submit sample for your approval.
4. Payment Terms: How do we arrange payment?   
T/T:Telegraphic Transfer (wire transfer), 50% down payment, balance upon before shipment or against copy bill of lading;
5. Lead Time: How soon we can get the shipment?   
We will arrange production since the order and payment are confirmed, we will take 7-15 days to arrange production and book shipping space in advance before goods is ready.
