Several things to know when using pvc tarpaulin

PVC tarpaulin is a relatively common material product in industrial and agricultural production. With the increasing demand, especially waterproof PVC tarpaulin plays an important role in freight logistics, industrial land, farms, etc. Moreover, according to the introduction of PVC tarpaulin manufacturers, when using PVC tarpaulin, there are several points to know:
1. Density parameter. The calculation unit of PVC tarpaulin density is the metric system, which refers to the number of warp and weft yarns arranged within 10cm. Density directly affects the physical and mechanical indicators of the fabric, such as appearance, feel, thickness, bending resistance, air permeability, abrasion resistance, and warmth retention. At the same time, it is also related to product cost and production efficiency.
2. Through the indirect test method, we can test the regular organization of dense fabrics and spun yarn characteristics, analyze the fabric's organization and the number of weaving loops (weft number), and then multiply it by the number to weave within 10 cm. The product of is the warp (weft) yarn density.
3. Use the direct measurement method to complete the fabric density analysis mirror or fabric density analysis mirror. The length of the fabric density analysis mirror is 5cm. Under the analysis lens, a red line is engraved on a long glass plate to analyze the density of the fabric. When moving the lens, align the red line on the glass plate with the red line on the scale between the two yarns at the same time. Using this as a starting point, move the lens while counting the number of yarns until the 5cm scale is the same. The output yarn count multiplied by 2 is the density value of the 10cm fabric.
4. Fine PVC tarpaulin warp and weft yarns are used to make labor protection clothing and supplies. After dyeing, it can also be used as a fabric for shoes, travel bags, backpacks, etc. In addition, there are rubber PVC tarpaulins, fireproof and radiation-proof PVC tarpaulins, and PVC tarpaulins for paper machines.
