5. Sciaenops ocellatus

There are also species of flounder farming in the family Paralichthys, including turbot and spotted flounder. The former was introduced from Europe to China in 1992 and is mainly raised in the northern region;

The latter was introduced from North America to China in 2001 and can be raised in seawater or freshwater through domestication.

7. Pseudopleuronectes yokohamae

The blunt snout Marbled flounder, commonly known as yellow plaice, sand plate, small billed fish, etc., belongs to the order Pleuromorpha, Pleurodaceae, and Marbled flounder. It is mainly distributed in the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea, and is currently the target of seawater factory farming and cage farming.

There are also species of flatfish in the flatfish family, such as high eyed flatfish and stone flatfish.

8. Takifugu rubripes

The red finned pufferfish, commonly known as pufferfish (pufferfish), Tingba fish, etc., belongs to the order Fugu, family Fugu, and genus Fugu. The liver, gonads, and blood of pufferfish are highly toxic, and caution should be exercised when eating fish.

10. Cynoglossus semilaevis

Half smooth tongue sole, commonly known as Longli, sole plate, or cow tongue, belongs to the order Pleuronectiformes, family Tongue Sole, and genus Tongue Sole. The body is elongated and tongue shaped.

The eyes are very small, both on the left side of the head, with the upper eye slightly in front of the lower eye.

The head is quite short, and its length is higher than its height. The snout is curved in an arched shape, asymmetrical from left to right, with small scales. There are three lateral lines on the sides of the eyes, brown in color, and white on the side without eyes.
